Hi. I've added VRTK 3.3 (I chose 3.3 instead of 4 cuz I want to use the UI pointer and controller-based menus) to my existing OpenVR project and set up the vrtk manager and sdk setups, and all that's working. But when I try to use the VRTK example scenes, I get a bunch of warnings like this:
Input Axis LeftTrigger is not setup.
To change the input settings use: Edit -> Settings -> Input on index  variable [triggerAxisName]
Has anyone seen this? I figure instead of 'Edit -> Settings -> Input on...' it means I should edit something in the Unity Project Settings, Input panel? Am I supposed to create new entries here? If so, with what settings? I didn't have to do this with another project to which I added VRTK last year (Unity 2017 and VRTK 3.<something>).
